This resolved my less than optimal iron
My iron was within the "lab ranges" but was less than optimal. Then I tried for 4 months to raise with iron supplement but barely increased. After stopping all iron supplements, I took this for 3 weeks, stopped for 1 week and retested. It put my iron to optimal levels and still stayed with lab ranges.
